Matters of Scale Exhibition at Petersburg Public Library Explores Southern Gardens The Petersburg Garden Club, Petersburg Public Library, and the Library of Virginia present the exhibition Matters of Scale: Charles F. This program was made possible through generous support from donors to the Library of Virginia Foundation.
