Notes: Modification of masonry openings along the east wall above the Ballrooms continues. The central opening was narrowed with concrete block. The jambs of new and modified openings were repaired with Portland cement mortar.

Notes: The basement framing in the Stairhall is a combination of steel studs, furring channels, and wood partition framing. All existing window and door casings and framing are removed from openings to provide the best substrate for new finishes.
