- id: 117
- end_date: after January 30, 1796
- frequency: Weekly
- lineage_id: 37
- proprietors: Robert Mosby Bransford
- start_date: February 22, 1794
- variant_number: Lynchburg 01-02
- notes: At the end of first volume of his Union Gazette, Bransford altered its title to the Lynchburg and Farmer's Gazette without change in numbering; however, as earliest known issue of volume II is April 5, 1794, there was evidently a four week suspension at about time of title/volume change; last issue known is for November 28, 1795 (vol. III, no. 40) suggesting Bransford continued paper for two more volumes under the new name before closing it at ends of third volume after January 1796, so end date reported here.
