Westcott, on November 22, 1802; the relocation of their press office and the reorganization of their business led to a four-week suspension of the Literary Advertiser; when publication resumed, it was issued from Alexandria. The journal ceased sometime between March 20, 1804, the date of the last known issue, and August 27, 1804, the date of the formal dissolution of the Lyon & Dinmore concern.
