- notes: Earliest issue known extant is that for September 25, 1804 (v. 1, no. 28); if numbering of that issue is continuous, paper's calculated start date is March 20, 1804, so date reported here. Latest issue known is that for November 20, 1804, showing that it did not cease publication before then; the Isler & Harmer partnership appears to have been dissolved in March 1805, with Isler operating a job-press there into 1806, suggesting this title was concluded at end of a one-year pact with Harmer. Isler tried unsuccessfully to resurrect this paper in early 1806; he then sold press to the proprietors of the new Philanthropist, who offered its first number in March 1806, and left Winchester.
