- notes: Published in Georgetown, DC. Fierer opened a job-press there with Christian Kramer in 1788, but publication of this weekly in February 1789 caused dissolution of printing firm by that April. With issue of November 25, 1789, Fierer took on Thomas U. Fosdick as his new partner. Office was removed to Dumfries sometime after issue of July 6, 1791 (last known) to avoid its seizure under a collection order in Maryland.
