- notes: Only known copy at Library Company of Philadelphia from the Michael Zinman Collection of Early American Imprints; Zinman reports this as a Virginia imprint, so the assignment here to Royle's press, then the only one in the colony. Library Company copy has been completed in manuscript for a tobacco shipment from York River by Nathaniel West Dandridge with a date of August 30, 1762, so the dating reported here.
