Reply to the Governor by the Council in Assembly (November 1766).
- imprint_number: 1766.007
- title: November 7, 1766. To the Honble Francis Fauquier, Esq; His Majesty's lieutenant-governour, and commander in chief, of the colony and dominion of Virginia; the humble address of the Council.
- sequence_number: 7
- year: 1766
- place_issued: Williamsburg
- issuing_press: Purdie & Dixon
- author: Virginia. Council.
- notes: Response to Fauquier's address of November 6, 1766.
Hummel mistakenly attributes this printing to William Rind; rather, this was the last official imprint produced by Purdie & Dixon as Virginia's public printer; they were replaced in that role later that same day by Rind; typography from the two shops clearly marks difference.
