• notes: Address of the resident governor opening the Assembly session, setting out the legislative priorities of the imperial administration, delivered on November 6, 1766. Fauquier had no particular agenda for this session, but had called the meeting to address regular legislative business following a seventeen month hiatus attending the Stamp Act controversies.
  This is a second edition printed by William Rind following his election as public printer on November 7, 1766, in the place of Purdie & Dixon, who acted as such from January 1766.
