Purdie and Dixon for the charity" – establishes that variant as a Rind production; the imprint herein – "Printed for Mess. Payne, Davies, Elmsly and Pearch in London, and Mr. Woodyer in Cambridge" suggests a second edition by Purdie & Dixon, who had a larger bookselling business as well as a direct connection to Rev. Samuel Davies, whose widow is mentioned.
