Cummins was a bookbinder who worked successively for William Parks, William Hunter, and William Rind, before becoming independent tradesman in 1774.
Recorded only in Evans, apparently from indirect evidence; Clayton-Torrence included this imprint from Evans alone; no copy found for filming the Early American Imprints series.
