VII of the Acts of Assembly of October 1777 (Hening's Statues, IX: 374-375), which concluded on January 24, 1778. The sole surviving copy was completed in manuscript on January 9, 1779, so this form was likely printed in 1778; Purdie was printer to the Commonwealth in 1778.
