  Incorrectly attributed to press of Dixon & Hunter by Evans, who inferred its existence and drew on the prior journal production by their press; Swem repeated attribution from Evans alone; copy filmed by Early American Imprints Series evinces the correct printing office.
  The firm of Dixon & Hunter dissolved in December 1778; it was succeeded by that of Dixon & Nicolson shortly thereafter; this imprint may be the first issued from their press.
