• notes: Sheet lacks printer credit; Bristol suggested that this title issued from Alexandria, apparently from the order of locations listed in the text; however, the mention of Fredericksburg at the outset of the text suggests that port town as the issuing locale; moreover, the Maury family's connections to the Fredericksburg area are well known and documented; so it seems more likely that this title issued from the Fredericksburg press of Timothy Green, who was then a key player in promoting that neighborhood's commerce.
  Only surviving copy held by the Virginia Historical Society shows that Maury chose Liverpool as the English end of this commercial venture (blank completed in manuscript).
