- notes: No copy known extant; Swem reported existence from an order to print the act, but did not see a copy. If printed, title was issued by the firm of Dixon & Holt, who were appointed as the public printers in June 1786, succeeding that of Dunlap & Hayes, who were dismissed on May 5, 1786, a result of their perceived negligence (tardy production of Assembly records).
Act is reprinted as Chap. I of the Acts of October 1786 in Hening's Statutes (XII: 231-234).
