- imprint_number: 1787.053
- title: Virginia, to wit: General Assembly begun and held at the Capitol in the city of Richmond, on Monday the fifteenth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty seven. An act concerning the convention to be held in June next. Passed December 12th, 1787.
- sequence_number: 53
- year: 1787
- place_issued: Richmond
- issuing_press: Uncertain
- author: Virginia. General Assembly.
- notes: Sheet lacks printer credit; Evans attributed this title to John Dixon, then the public printer, and other authorities follow him; however, Dixon's office was plagued by production delays after he gained the post in June 1786, and so the Assembly split responsibility for printing this session's records among the three Richmond presses headed by Dixon, Augustine Davis, and Thomas Nicolson; no payment record has been found for this particular title, so the printer cannot be definitively identified.
Reprinted as Chap. VIII of the Acts of October 1787 in Hening's Statutes (XII: 462-463).
