- notes: Report lacks printer credit; assigned to Thomas Nicolson in the order to print separately from the session laws. During this Assembly, the responsibility for printing the session's records was split among the three Richmond presses headed by John Dixon, Augustine Davis, and Thomas Nicolson; Dixon was officially the public printer, having become the sole holder of that office on the death of his partner John Hunter Holt in June 1787, but his office was plagued by production delays, hence Nicolson's assignment here.
