- sequence_number: 48
- year: 1788
- place_issued: Richmond
- issuing_press: Uncertain
- author: Virginia. General Assembly.
- notes: Sheet lacks printer credit. Bristol attributes this title to the press of John Dixon, the official public printer; but his office was beset with production delays, leading the General Assembly to divide the work required among the three existing Richmond presses, conducted by Dixon, Augustine Davis, and Thomas Nicolson, for this session and its three predecessors (Oct. 1786, Oct. 1787, June 1788). Swem did not assign production credit, lacking supporting evidence, so entry here follows Swem: the specific press issuing this title cannot be determined.
Reprinted as Chap. LXXXI of Acts of October 1788 in Hening's Statutes (XII:788-791).
