House resolution of November 7, 1789 authorized the executive to divide the session laws among multiple printers, as they had during the preceding four Assembly sessions, if the incumbent public printer, John Dixon, was unable to produce them at the end of the current Assembly; Dixon met that deadline for the first time with this session.
