- sequence_number: 25
- year: 1790
- place_issued: Virginia
- issuing_press: Uncertain
- author: Virginia. Executive.
- notes: Sheet lacks printer credit; only recorded copy held by the Library Company of Philadelphia (acquired from the Michael Zinman Collection of Early American Imprints) has manuscript completions for a debt suit in the Fairfax County Court; so this is likely an Alexandria imprint, but the possibility that it issued from Richmond cannot be excluded.
Form has the blank "179__," so indicating its production sometime in that decade, but the specific year cannot be determined; while bond here is dated in manuscript April 1800, the imprint is assigned to 1790 in this Index as a simple expedient.
