• notes: Sheet lacks printer credit; only recorded copy held by the Library Company of Philadelphia (acquired from the Michael Zinman Collection of Early American Imprints) has manuscript completions for a debt suit in the Fairfax County Court; so this is likely an Alexandria imprint, but the possibility that it issued from Richmond cannot be excluded.
