Sheet lacks printer credit; with three presses operating in Winchester in early 1790 – those of Bowen & Willcocks, Mathias Bartgis, and Nathaniel Willis – this sheet could have been issued by any one of them; Richard Bowen was a schoolmaster in his own right, and so his press is the most likely publisher, but no evidence identifying a specific printer is known.
