Given under my hand and the seal of the Commonwealth at Richmond, this third day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety-one

• notes: Informing state and county officials of a reward posted by the state of Pennsylvania for the apprehension of Brady and McGuire, who attacked a band of Delawares there and for their return to Philadelphia to face prosecution; Randolph also ordered those officials to actively pursue Brady and McGuire where possible.
  Sheet lacks printer credit; printing such official documents was the responsibility of the public printer; thus this proclamation was likely the first imprint produced by Augustine Davis in that role, following his appointment to the position by Randolph on April 29th, succeeding John Dixon, who died on April 27th; that appointment was later confirmed by the Assembly.
