- notes: This imprint contains those session laws suspended temporarily by Chap. XXIX of the Acts of October 1792 (see Hening's Statutes: XIII: 534-535).
Of the 96 acts passed in this Assembly session, the effect of 57 acts were suspended until the commencement of the subsequent session; most of the suspended acts were ones that were part of the ongoing revision of the laws and generally combined elements of several former acts; so the Assembly suspended their operation until the completed revision was published (1794.037) in order to avoid confusions over their enforcement.
