  Richmond's smallpox inoculation campaigns of the 1790s were led by the city's first mayor and Revolutionary War surgeon, Dr. William Foushee (1749-1824), so the attribution here; Foushee is seen as a subscriber to a variety of imprints issued from several presses there in his lifetime, so assigning this to a specific press is unworkable without further evidence.
