- notes: Signed in print "I am, sir, your most obedient humble servant, [blank]." Surviving copies have a manuscript completion of Lee's signature. Concerns the disposition of property reverting to the state (escheats) by designated local agent (escheators). The Assembly sent resolution to the Executive on December 12, 1793, asking for more rapid action on accumulating escheats; text of resolve included in text.
