Six letters were published in all, printed weekly during the Assembly of 1794 (November 11 to December 27) in consecutive issues of the Virginia Gazette and General Advertiser of Augustine Davis, with no. I printed on November 5 and no. VI on December 10.
Title lacks printer credit; attribution to Davis drawn from his original publication of these letters and his well-known Federalist proclivities, which emerged at about this time.
