This report was signed by the members of the Board of Officers (Jonathan Clark, Henry Young, John Marshall, John Guerrant, Jun.0 and by Lieutenant-Governor James Wood, who chaired the board; list is dated September 1794; Davis was ordered to print 200 copies of the list on November 22, 1794.
