No copy known extant; existence and title supplied by payment to Davis for production.
First solid indication that Davis produced the chamber journals before he printed the session laws, given the differing imprint dates for each from this session; he apparently continued a practice he had first employed during the Virginia Ratification Convention (June 1788) where he provided 200 copies of the preceding day's journal on every day that the session met, so allowing printing of the early parts of the compiled edition before the Assembly adjourned.
