  Sheet lacks printer credit; the only recorded copy held in the state archives at the Library of Virginia is dated at end in manuscript "Dec. 16, 1798" by a clerk of the House of Delegates, indicating date of submission, and so of production; residence of the petitioners indicates that this broadside probably issued from one of the two Alexandria presses that were then in operation, but without other evidence such an attribution is purely speculative..
