Sheet lacks printer credit; the only recorded copy held in the state archives at the Library of Virginia is dated at end in manuscript "Dec. 19, 1799" by a clerk of the House of Delegates, indicating date of submission, and so of production; the blanks therein have been completed in manuscript for Fairfax County. so the authorial credit above; that location indicates that this broadside probably issued from one of the two Alexandria presses that were then in operation, but without other evidence, attributing a specific press is purely speculative.
