- sequence_number: 69

Only known copy is held in the state archives at the Library of Virginia lacks printer credit; the form is dated at end in manuscript "Dec. 2, 1800" by a clerk of the House of Delegates, showing date of submission, and so of printing; petition has blank-spaces within completed in manuscript for Prince Edward & Charlotte counties, so the authorial attribution above; given the residences of the petitioners, this broadside was likely printed in Petersburg, but an origin in Lynchburg or Richmond cannot be excluded, hence the indeterminacy here.
