• notes: Sheet lacks colophon; as the only known copy is held in the special collections library at the University of West Virginia (in Morgantown, Monongalia County), this title could easily be the oldest surviving Morgantown imprint; stated date approximates that of the arrival from Philadelphia of Joseph Campbell and Forbes Britton, who established the first press in the town. But such an attribution is purely speculative, as the sheet could have issued from any northern Shenandoah Valley press just as readily, so the indeterminacy here.
