- notes: A three-part circular issued following the adjournment of the December 1803 Assembly in February 1804; first part is the legislative report cited in the title header, dated and signed in print: "Treasury, Oct. 3, 1803, Al.: McRae, W. Foushee, Wm: Brockenbrough;" second part is a list of the titles of the 119 acts passed by the recent Assembly; and third part is the ticket of Republican presidential electors named by the party caucus in the Assembly, signed in print: "Peter Carr, chairman. Arthur Lee, secretary." McRae, then lieutenant governor, was part of the campaign newspaper established in Richmond by James Lyon for the 1800 presidential election.
Only recorded copy is held in the collections of the Virginia Historical Society.
