Only recorded copy is held by the Virginia Historical Society as part of the collected papers of the late Richmond bibliographer A. Paull Hubbard; his notes on this broadside report that it "would appear to be two separate tables, meant either to be cut apart into two individual tables, or bound up in a ledger of journal."
Imprint lacks date; the Bank of Virginia was incorporated by an Act of Assembly in January 1804, so the date supplied here.
