Sole surviving copy, held by the John Carter Brown Library, carries caption title only with an undated printer's colophon on last page; as the newly-incorporated bank included a branch in Norfolk, this title undoubted issued shortly after the act's passage in order to facilitate the sale of shares to fund that Norfolk branch, so the date assigned here.
