- sequence_number: 25
- year: 1805
- place_issued: Richmond
- issuing_press: Thomas Nicolson
- author: Call, Daniel (1765-1840), reporter.
- notes: A handbill describing the reasons for appealing a decree made in May 1805 in the Chancery case of Holliday v. Coleman, asking for a reversal.
Sheet lacks colophon; as Call was attorney for the appellants, it is most likely that he used Nicolson's press for this notice, as a consequence of his ongoing relationship with Nicolson in publishing his reports on cases before this same court; furthermore, Nicolson had become the printer of choice for legal titles by this time; these factors inform the attribution here.
