- notes: Sheet lacks colophon; Hummel suggested a Richmond origin for this item with approximate date of 1804; yet text shows Abingdon as Virginia terminus for the stage routes described, so indicating that Washington County seat as the place issued; John G. Ustick arrived there in late 1805, before starting the Holston Intelligencer and Abingdon Advertiser in early January 1806; title appears to be Ustick's oldest surviving production there, so the attribution here.
