  Sheet lacks colophon; Hummel suggested Richmond as place of issue and 1800 as its date of publication; Worrall advertised his retail store in Richmond in the capital's newspapers from late spring 1806 to early spring 1807, hence the date and place assigned here; however, the many printers that could have produced this flyer precludes a clear attribution of the press.
