- notes: Title page lacks imprint; the meeting ordered that "120 copies [be] printed and distributed as heretofore" [p. 4]; however, the printer of the 1804 journal, John Courtney Jr., had retired from printing to join the ministry, while his former partner, John Dixon Jr., died in May 1805, meaning that this title cannot be ascribed to the printers preciously employed; the 1807 journal was printed by Seaton Grantland, who may have printed this item as well; but the possibility of another press issuing it cannot be excluded, so the indeterminacy here.
