- imprint_number: 1807.076
- title: Governor’s letter, Richmond, December 8, 1807.
- sequence_number: 76
- year: 1807
- place_issued: Richmond
- issuing_press: Samuel Pleasants
- author: Cabell, William H. (1772-1853), governor.
- notes: Pleasants was ordered to print 1000 copies for House of Delegates to use during this session; he was also ordered to print the same number of two documents accompanying the governor's message: the annual report of the auditor of the state's revenue (1807.077), and report of the keeper of the state penitentiary (1807.078); the three items are often found bound together and so recorded in library catalogues as a single imprint.
A second edition of Cabell's letter was issued after the Assembly adjourned (1808.015) that covered a collection of executive-branch reports and a list of the laws enacted that session.
