The Assembly passed a resolution on January 13, 1808. requiring the state's representatives in Congress to seek an amendment allowing states to remove from office either of the state's U.S. senators by simple majority vote of that state's legislature; that resolution was ordered printed for the use of the congressional delegation, but Swem found no record of a payment to a printer for its production; so this item is listed in this Index as a Richmond title without a press attribution, as per Swem.
