CXII, Acts of December 1803 Assembly) that amended a January 1800 statute (Chap. I, Acts of November 1799 Assembly) to bring it into conformance with the 12th Amendment to the U.S. constitution; that "General Ticket Law" was circulated as well in October (1808.051).
