- notes: No copy known extant; Swem recorded this title from voucher to Pleasants. who was paid on July 21, 1808, for printing 320 copies for statewide distribution; item was an enclosure for the set of instructions for conducting the election of presidential electors that fall (1808.034) sent to the superintendents of elections; content apparently covered the January 1804 act (Chap. CXII, Acts of December 1803 Assembly) that amended a January 1800 statute (Chap. I, Acts of November 1799 Assembly) to bring it into conformance with the 12th Amendment to the U.S. constitution; that "General Ticket Law" was circulated as well in October (1808.051).
