Cabell's annual message (1808.086); four of those documents were ordered printed (500 copies) separately from the journals (items G, H, I, K) for the use of the Assembly in its deliberations; this item was apparently an enclosure with the manuscript original of Letter to the Assembly from Justices of General Court (1808.087), document G, and so was printed along with that title.
