  Achilles Moorman and Edward Watts were the representatives from Campbell County in this Assembly; it was Moorman's final elective office, having served in the House of Delegates almost continuously from 1797, and Watts's initial one; he was elected to the Virginia Senate for the ensuing Assembly and remained there until 1821, ultimately serving as Speaker of the Senate from 1816 to 1821, before retiring to a successful legal practice in Roanoke.
