Sheet lacks colophon; Fitzwhylsonn was secretary of the Grand Lodge, as well as a Richmond bookseller, so establishing place of issue; however, the lodge was not settled on employing any one job-printer there after the 1805 death of John Dixon Jr,; young John Warrock would succeed to that exclusive role in 1811, but the printer used here is still unknown.
