• notes: Fenwick was a widely-respected figure in the capital district, having been employed in 1793 to correct errors in Andrew Ellicott's original marking survey of the city of Washington. This imprint was the only edition of this title Fenwick published, as his health soon failed him; he entered copyright for the work on April 9, 1810, and then signed the book's preface [p. 3-4] in print: "George Town, D.C. April 12th 1810."
