- notes: No copy known extant; Pleasants was ordered to print 250 copies of this for use of the House in its consideration of this disputed election; Coleman apparently defeated George Minor by a single vote (126-125) for the second Fairfax County seat in the House; the committee found 18 illegal voters among those voting, so giving Minor a single vote majority (117-116); Minor was seated in Coleman's place by the assent of the House on December 28th.
