- sequence_number: 31
- year: 1811
- place_issued: Richmond
- issuing_press: John Warrock
- author: Freemasons. Grand Lodge of Virginia.
- notes: The minutes of this meeting are signed in print [p. 23] by the Grand Secretary, William H. Fitzwhylsonn, the Richmond bookseller; also in attendance was William Waller Hening, a Past Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Virginia.
This title marks the commencement of Warrock's forty-year-long term as the official printer for the Grand Lodge of Virginia; John Dixon Jr. had filled that role from 1791 until his death in 1805, but in the interim, the Lodge employed a succession of Richmond job-printers before settling on Warrock at this meeting; at this time, Warrock was secretary of Richmond Lodge No. 10 and would succeed Fitzwhylsonn as Grand Secretary of the Grand Lodge in 1812.
