  Survival of this item likely a result of subsequent events; this playbill details the elements of the performance staged by the company of Placide & Green on the evening of December 26, 1811 – during which the Richmond Theater was destroyed by a fire, taking seventy-six lives in just ten minutes, including that of the newly-elected governor, George William Smith.
  Sheet lacks colophon, and could easily have been printed by any of the several job-printers in Richmond then, so the indeterminacy here.
