  Surviving copies are bound with an addendum lacking pagination with a title page stating: "Questions concerning baptism. By a friend to paedobaptism 1813." Different date led to separate recording by Shaw & Shoemaker (no. 29612), but clearly intended as part of this title, as evinced by note at head of that additional text that "As the foregoing work was about to be published in the English language; the following questions were sent by a friend to paedobaptism and desired to be published with the same."
